Experienced with Hong Yi Shun in Flushing?

I first read about Hong Yi Shun in a brief mention by Meehan in '07 and then again in the Times' Flushing Dongbei article. The awning says "Happy Dumpling" and 鴻意顺. The owner is apparently from Dalian.

I haven't been and couldn't find any mention of it on the boards.
