I have a new Kitchen Aid Ice Cream attachment to my mixer that is amazing. I am looking for a great chocolate ice cream recipe.

In my experience, it's really not a question of the recipe... It's a question of the quality of your chocolate. Generally, I like to use Ghirardelli Hot Coco powder and cut the sugar quotient of the recipe by about 1/3.
I like the one from the Scharffenberger box-- I think it's on their website as well. Mmmmm.
I *love* Alton Brown's recipe.
