Lunch at Per Se

My wife and I have lunch reservations this weekend at Per Se and am interested in hearing from anyone who has been there since the change in chef de cuisine - how are things since the change? With such a strong brigade I would imagine they didn't miss a beat. Any standouts on the menu I should be looking for?
