Trytko Sausages at BigE Supermarket in Easthampton, MA

Can anyone recommend which, if any, of the sausages made and sold at this local market as worth eating?

They have a big selection, pork, beef, turkey, and various styles, Polish in particular, as well as Italian, and smoked and plain.

I am a supporter of local products. And I love the smoked chicken at Pekarski's in Deerfield. However the one Tryko sausage I tried, turkey, was a disappointment. While the ingredient label looked good, just spices and meat, the contents were not as impressive. It needed a bit more fat. The meat was packed too densely and the result was dull. Not as tasty as Pekarski's product, but Trytko does have a big selection.

The local Whole Wallet, which I do try to avoid, notably because they stopped being a local chain, has had a big variety of tastier sausages.

Bottom line, can anyone recommend any of the Tryko smoked meats and sausages at BigE? Did I just try a dud and the other meats are better?
