Good for Kids in Alexandria
Looking for a restaurant in Alexandria or nearby that adults would like but would be appropriate for a 5 year old and a 6 year old. They're adventurous eaters, but they're kids. Thanks in advance!

King St. Blues would be fun.
Austin Grill
Both in Old Town...what area of Alexandria are you going to be?

I concur on King St Blues. Austin Grill the parents may not enjoy so much. Overwood on N. Lee Street. Faccia Luna on S. Washington.

Second Hard Times and Overwood. I see plenty of families in Rustico on the weekend. Same with Chadwicks.

Following up, we ended up at Columbia Firehouse. It turned out to be a great choice, with very high-quality food and a good menu for children.
