Food Pairing with Prosecco???

Can someone recommend appetizer or hor d'oeuvres pairings of food that goes well with Prosecco.

    I assume that you mean prosecco, the Italian sparkling wine. If so, anything that goes with Champagne will do well with prosecco. Prosciutto, stuffed mushrooms, creamy sauces, almonds, seafood, fried fare, spicey Asian entrees and even potato chips or buttered popcorn.

          since it's usually a little bit more sweeter than champagne,it goes well with everything salty. (cheeses, olives, charcuteries, chips, fried food, ... )

            I like it with caprese salad. The acidity stands up to the tomatoes and cuts through the cheese.

              In Milan, when I ordered Crudo it came with a glass of prosecco. A nice combo

                  One of my absolute favorites:

                  Thin crackers (34 degrees or rice cracker)
                  Sheep milk cream (sometimes hard to find, whole foods usually can at least get it)
                  Two blueberries
                  Very Light drizzle of honey

                  nothing beats it in my world

                    I agree with TasteandBreathe! A sharp cheese (love blue cheeses) drizzled with a fragrant honey (like orange blossom) goes well with prosecco!
