Bondy for Saturday Breakfast in DF

I am finally heading to Mexico City this Sunday for a week of work. I am planning my food itinerary and would like to know what the wait might be at Bondy for breakfast on a Saturday. I am undecided between trying Bondy for their conchas or El Cardenal, which I have already been to.

Does Bondy tend to run out of conchas on Saturday mornings?
