Locally made cream cheese

Does anyone know where I can purchase locally made cream cheese, preferably sustainable and organic? I know Russ and Daughters sells their own cream cheese. Do they make it themselves or do they purchase it from someone? I'd prefer Manhattan or Brooklyn if possible. Thanks.

Russ does not make their own cream cheese.

Ben's cream cheese is made locally.

Ben's cream cheese is my favorite (not sure its local but i think so) - its pretty widely available at fairway, whole foods, dean and deluca and murrays -- some googling suggests the east village cheese shop carries their whole line at good prices.
