Caviar and dessert for V Day

What is the best kind ofcaviar to buy for Valentines Day (and where)? Best Valentines Day dessert to buy (and where-I am in West LA) ? Help!!

    The best kind of caviar is beluga, but it is currently not legally available in the US (endangered species). The second best kind of caviar is sevruga. There is a great purveyor of caviar in your neck of the woods.
