Just made gluten free cupcakes in these cute heart shaped tins and when I tried to release them they literally fell apart. I hate to throw it all away. Any ideas of what I can do with all the crumbled pieces of cake?
Is it crumbly enough to use as a crust for GF cheesecake?
In small glasses or a large flat-sided bowl layer crumbles with say chocolate mousse and crushed toffee pieces, or pastry cream and fruit... whatever suits you.
