I know some restaurants advertise in local Chinese language newspapers around holidays for special deals so if you or someone you know can read Chinese I'd check those. You can get theses newspapers at Asian grocery stores. Otherwise you can always put together your own "banquet." I like the Teahouse in St. Paul and Grand Shanghai.

I just read that Rainbow Chinese is having a special New Year's menu; I'd check out their website.
