Sophie's Green Sauce

Anybody know what's actually in Sophie's Cuban Cuisine green sauce?

My friends and I were discussing. We looked up Peruvian-style (I know Sophie is Cuban) green sauces online and found some recipes, but I wonder if they actuall use mayo in it. I'm not looking for how to make it, but just curious what's in it.

I assume it's very similar to Pio Pio. IMO, I like Pio Pio's green sauce more, but I go to Sophie's more often because of the # of locations.
