Did the SOLFERINO CAFE closed?

Solferino closed a long time ago, at least a year. The only place I know of in the downtown east now selling gelato is Soma in the Distillery District. I've not tried it personally, but based on the quality of their chocolate I expect it would be pretty decent. Not sure that they sell it during the winter, though, more of a summer product.
