Miyoshi's - Downhill Alert!!
i've been eating here for 25 years and while it has never been great, it was always consistent and good. the sushi/sashimi was always fresh because of the large turnover and reasonably priced. when they finally got new menus and raised their prices a couple of years ago the quality and quantity suffered a bit but we still went often. some days were better than others. the last 3 visits over the past 3 months have been horrible. nothing tasted fresh, the cuts of sashimi were fibrous, just a total disaster. so after 25 years, never again. i miss it already.

re: fourunder
i'm afraid so. champagne, jay and mr. wye are still there but while they are always very nice, the quality of fish makes it impossible to go back. if it improves, please post and let me know. this was my go to place for 20 years. they know us, our kids, we know their kids. that's why i gave it 3 terrible meals before i gave up. heartbreaking.
