GREAT BBQ and Ribs in MD (Frederick and Montgomery Counties)

Any absolutely GREAT BBQ/Ribs places in Frederick or Montgomery County, MD? Went to Barley and Hops in Frederick, and the spare ribs were pretty decent.

Try Chubby's, rt 15, Emmitsburg. Great? no, but not a chain like B and H , and a good story behind the counter. Also, lots of food on the combo plates.
