Early Dinner near Gare du Nord on Sunday (Valentine's Day)

My boyfriend and I will be in Paris this weekend to celebrate Valentine's Day and our anniversary, and we are having our main celebratory/romantic dinner on Sat the 13th. Our Eurostar train from Paris to London departs at 8:15 pm on Sunday the 14th, which makes dinner very difficult for that night. We are thinking that, to be safe, we should have dinner around 5:30 or 6:00 near Gare du Nord, but it is hard to find restaurants open on Sundays that early. I quickly checked Terminus Nord online, but because Sunday is Valentine's Day, I was unable to see if there is availability for a 6:30 seating. Can anyone recommend a good place to have an early dinner near Gare du Nord that will be open on Sunday? It doesn't need to be fancy b/c our fancy dinner will be on Sat, but something authentic would be nice. Thanks!

Brasserie Terminus Nord is always good and should be open on Sunday. I would have thought at that time no need to book with a bit of luck ?
    regards

Good point, maybe we will try to go for a 6:00 dinner without a reservation. Any idea what the dress code is? We were hoping to go someplace that isn't too formal, as we will have our bags for the train.

I don't know of any restaurant in Paris that serves dinner at 5:30 other than the brasseries, Sunday or not.

Correct. And Terminus Nord IS a brasserie. I don't think they'd even take reservations for a 5.30 or 6 dinner. Just show up and you'll be fine, Valentine day or not.
