DELICIOUS/FUN/UPSCALE PLACE FOR A BIRTHDAY DINNER IN TREMBLANT?

I know its very touristy, but we are skiing there on Sunday and Id love to know a good place to in Tremblant village or town.
Is there anywhere that any of you know of that would please some foodies like my twin and I for our birthday dinner with our significant others?

upscale or not, important thing is that food is delicious and place is somewhat fun or interesting (ie. not empty)!

I celebrated my birthday at La Forge, which is slopeside. It was an expensive meal but we both enjoyed every bite of food and wine we were served. I understand that the top floor (where we ate) is fancier than the ground floor.

sEb in St. Jovite, which is close to Mt. Tremblant, but call ahead as I don't know if they are open Sunday. I reviewed it here a while ago. Definitely upscale, with delicious food.
