There's some low-cost, high-quality Mexican in Hells Kitchen

Went to Tulcinga Del Valle Saturday night. It was superb.

I had a Carnitas with a Green Sauce plata. It was $10.50, and nearly the most expensive thing on the menu. The carnitas melted on the tongue, and the green sauce danced all over my palate.

And they had Mexican Coke, made with sugar cane.

Plus, they deliver
