Daikokuya (Los Angeles) dressing recipe

Hi Everyone,

My family and I just tired this place (Monterey Park, not J-Town) and it was delicious. I am wondering does anyone know the recipe to their miso salad dressing. I believe it has miso, vinegar, grape-seed oil, daikon, and sesame? Thanks!

Go to Marukai,Nijiya, or Mitsuwa. buy white or brown sesame dressing bring home
blend with daikon add some garlic and vinegar and read to serve.

Hi, is this the recipe for the dressing served on their cabbage salad? For some reason I didn't taste miso but I could be mistaken; plus, it's a pale pinkish color. I would love to know the mystery ingredients in the cabbage salad dressing!
