north of Duluth, place next to a bridge

I am trying to find info on a restaurant (tavern? maybe) north of Duluth, not sure how far, I recall that it was to the east of US35, and located next to a bridge. I'd like info regarding its location, address, directions, and is it worth a stop. Thanks

What kind of food did it serve - there's lots of bridges north of Duluth.

Are we talking south of Two Harbors or south of the Canadian border? Just trying to narrow it down a little.

Russ Kendall's in Knife River, maybe? Yes, worth a stop, though it's more of a place to pick up your fish and go, than dine in. http://search.chow.com/search?query=r...
