Bemelman-like hotel bar in Center City?

Is there any spot in Philadelphia that is like Bemelman's (classy bar at the Carlyle Hotel ) in NYC?

Thats a tall order. Bemelman's is unique even in NYC. Closest I can think of is the bar at the Four Seasons, but that is classy in a different way. Not cozy like B's, no piano guy, etc..

In a way I'm glad there is only one B's and its in NYC. Makes it more special when I can get there.
