Valentine's Day in Istanbul

I'll be in Istanbul this Valentine's Day and am looking to make a reservation for a nice dinner somewhere with both great food and a romantic/unique atmosphere. This is what I've been looking at so far:

Sarniç
Kiz Kulesi
Tugra
Kordon (by the Sumahan hotel)

Any recommendations or advice?

    1. Mikla on the top of the Marmara Pera is a good choice. Chef Mehmet Gurs is doing very interesting things there.
MuzedeChanga at the Sabanci Museum in Emirgan is a nice atmosphere and great food but maybe better when the terrace is open in the summer.
Tugra is a fine choice too. Nice room if a bit formal.
I am a big fan of Grifin in Karakoy. The atmosphere is very unusual- situated in a hardware market among crumbling Ottoman caravansaray with excellent views of the old city and sea. fish is absolutely top notch. here is a link to a review:

Thanks! Mikla sounds great, unfortunately it says it's closed on Sundays (unless they're making an exception for Valentine's Day).
