Where's a good place for Beef Ribs in Oklahoma City/OKC? Pork is everywhere, but beef is hard to find.
It's sad, and really quizzical, isn't it? When I started asking local people this question, you'd be amazed how many people think they've eaten beef ribs at Chilis or Charlestons.
I grew up next to a family who kept strict Kosher, but dang they would pig out on good home grilled beef ribs, supplied by a butcher who would leave a lot of the ribeye meat on the bones when he trimmed the bones off the meat. So I'm spoiled for life. Looks like for here in OKC I'll have to keep them to the home grill.
