Small, new? restaurant on University in Berkeley

While shopping for valentines gifts today at Chocolatier Blue at 1964 University I saw a small restaurant next door. It is called EVE- only with the second "e" backward! They seem to offer a very limited, but intriguing menu 2 courses @$25 and each addition course $11. Has anyone been and have any opinions?
