Pig roast on Martha's Vineyard

Could anybody suggest a source for pig roasting supplies on Martha's Vineyard?
We're looking to roast a pig, DIY style, for our wedding in September, but have not yet located a source.

What exactly do you mean by supplies? Do you need the pig? Let me know. I can give you a name. They do pig roasts all the time. But if you are using a good island caterer, they will know, too.
