BEST Happy Hour in NYC???

Hey there!

After living in Boulder, CO, I recently relocated to NYC. The great thing about Boulder is most of the really great restaurants have fantastic happy hour deals with small plates of incredible food (that is very inexpensive!) and fantastic drink deals on beer, wine, and spirits. I miss this!

The region I'm focusing on is Manhattan and Williamsburg.

My question to all of you...

what are the overall BEST Happy Hour deals? What are your top 3?
