Butcher Calgary

Can someone recommend a good butcher in Calgary? The location does not matter since I'll drive anywhere...I'm specifically looking for Pork Butt.

There is a good butcher shop in Forest Lawn (the HOOD) called Illichmans(sp?)

I usually pork butts at Regina's meats at the Crossroads/Stockyard Market. She would need a week notice.

I really like the guys at second to none meats they have various locations around town, also the butcher in the stadium strip mall (where the keg is) is also praised.

Here is an earlier thread on meat + butchers that has lots of all natural suggestions:

For pork producers I like Spragg Meats and Sunworks Farms...

I went to Second to None on MacLeod, it was a very good suggestion. Bought a nice Pork Butt, some house smoked ham and Pepperoni sticks. The Pepperoni Sticks are probably the best I've ever had, meaty, juicy and spicy...thanks!
