Lots of really interesting sounding flavors.

Saw this listed in The Independent. Thats something good to have in Chapel Hill (especially with all the coffee shops around). I mean there is Staam which is great but something closer to the campus was a good decision.

Stam does not make their chocolates on the premisies. It is shipped from their original store in Iowa. Of course Southern Season also sells a lot of chololate but again, not handmade by them. The only handmade chocolates that I can think are Bon Meil in Carroboro, Matthew's Chocolates in Hillsborough, and Carolina Confectionary south of Chapel Hill in Chatham County. So it's nice to finally have one in Chapel Hill. Hope they prosper.

Me too (hope they prosper). I can't wait to try them. I wasn't massively impressed with Stam.

I love the Dolly Mama chocolates - they're all handmade locally, and she sells them at the Durham Farmer's Market plus a few local retailers. Really good stuff.

I second Dolly Mama chocolates. They are delightful!

The name alone makes me want to give them my business.

I also am not a fan of Matthews. Horrendous customer service makes the chocolate experience leave a very bad taste in the mouth.

Looks like CC has gone to an internet-only based business.
