I'm looking for a good noodle place. I went to DC noodles a few weeks ago and liked that, but wondered if there are other options (besides noodle and company). Thanks in advance!

Get the Chengdu noodles at Hong Kong Palace.

<slobber>My wife laughs at me b/c anytime i go remotely close to 7 corners I stop and at the very least get these. Sometimes the dried beef as well - and then graze on both for a couple of days. </slobber>

Not sure what kind of "noodle dish" you are looking for but I second, third, and fourth the Chengdu noodles rec. Great dish. Though its cold, so it isn't a winter noodle dish really...their dan dan noodles (not quite as good but good) are at least hot.

And most Thai places can do a respectable drunken noodles, which is a great dish for a noodle-freak.

If you're looking for more "soupy" noodles, try some places in Eden. I like Hu Tieu Mi's egg noodle soup with roast quail, served "dry" with the broth on the side so you can mix it in as you go.
