Four Sisters for Valentine's Day?

Apparently WIA's Girlfriend is a big fan of Asian food, much to WIA's surprise (especially after a year of getting all culinary with her).

I wanted to try 4 Sisters on V-Day

1) good idea? (already done Present)
2) What should I definitely try on the menu.

Knowing her, we'll be getting 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and NO DESSERT. smh

3) Good non-Asian dessert place nearby?

One of the sisters, I think the eldest, is obsessed with flowers so there are always huge, lush bouquets of flowers down the center of the restaurant. That seems very appropriate for Valentine's festivities.

That said, here are some of our favorite dishes at Four Sisters...
... shrimp toast
... shredded lotus root salad
... clams with ground pork
... caramelized chicken
... salt & pepper beef

The first three are appetizers and the last two are entrees.
