Kanesaka, Harutaka or Sushi ko Honten (or all 3)?

I was able to get reservations at Sushi Kanesaka (for lunch), Harutaka (for dinner) and Sushi ko Honten (for dinner) during my 4 night/3 day stay in Japan. Does anyone think eating at all of these sushi places is excessive. I don't want to completely break the bank, but I also don't want to leave regretting not going to these places. Can someone help me out with which ones of these are MUST DO's. Thanks very much in advance.

I'd choose Dai San Harumi over all of them. And it's cheaper.

Nasty Uncle has made a convert! Leadership by intimidation, just like Nagayama-san!

It is definitely excessive for me. There are so many kinds of Japanese cuisine ..... kaiseki, unagi, Teppanyaki, Tempura, ramen ............

Have you been to Tsukiji market for sushi ?
