What are your *not to be missed* dishes at Nostrana?

Finally decided on Nostrana for V/Day, and we haven't been there yet. I'm probably going to go for the lamb, but how is the sturgeon and other dishes? I don't think we're going to go for the fixed menu at this stage.

I love their salads which are very generously sized for 2. I always order the whole fish special if there is one - always cooked in the wood-fired oven, always delicious. Things that come out of that oven are usually very tasty. And I adore the butterscotch budino for dessert...one of the best simple desserts in town. Nice wines or cocktails there too.

Oh thanks Jill. That Butterscotch budino sounds excellent, I think I'll give it a try, and look at the fish and salads too!
