Olympic figure Skating menu

Thinking of having the girls over to watch figure skating. Any suggestions for a themed menu?

You could do a Fire'n'Ice party menu... Spicy Chilled Shrimp, Gazpacho, Sizzling Fajitas (a la Dorothy Hamil) http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/pa... ; Baked Alaska, Crepes Suzette, Hot Brownies with Vanilla Ice Cream

Thanks all, that is a great start. I knew the board would come through.

What about making things from Brian Boitano's show, What Would Brian Boitano make? There were some good appetizers on it. The recipes are all on food network.

          skate wings.
pork and beef dishes (sow-cow. olympic bonus if you create a braised or casseroled dish called triple sow-cow)
          iced milk-shakes
          cocktails with plenty of bitters.

Love the sow-cow. Could be a boeuf bourgignon, or any braise that includes cured pork. Serve shave ice for dessert.

Club sandwiches, in honor of Tonya Harding's assault on Nancy Kerrigan.

Something Thai for Tai Babolonia (no idea how to spell it, I just remember her being very attractive)
