Birthday dinner for picky foodie

The stress is on - it's her birthday!
I don't have the best track record so I figured this time I would ask the experts for help:
1) Can anyone recommend an Argentinean place here in Toronto?
2) Alternatively a new Toronto hot spot with great fusion food?
