Hill Country for one beef rib?

I would like to get one beef rib to go (for a small meal or snack). Not one order, not one pound ...just one beef rib. I don't know, will that be frowned upon?

The customer is always right. I went in once just for one jalapeno cheese sausage. BTW it was awesome. I also recommend the corn pudding and pb and j cupcake. frosting is a bit sweet though

A beef rib (what's removed in turning a rib steak into a boneless rib steak) weighs about 1/2 pound. They will happily sell you as few or as many as you want, to stay or to go. There's also sometimes a short rib, which is a much larger object.

You actually order the beef ribs by the number not the weight cause they are too big

They charge by weight so if you get a big one it could be a 1/4 lb. Just dont ask them to break a 100 dollar bill.

i usually add 1 pork rib to my bbq order...never frowned upon...arent the beef ribs something like 10-15$ or something? i doubt theyd mind.
