Western restaurant in Hong Kong for Chinese New Year's Eve (Feb. 13)

We can't seem to find a prix fix dinner at a Western restaurant in Hong Kong for Chinese New Year's Eve. With Valentine's Day the next night, it seems reasonable to serve the same prix fix menu back-to-back. Our plan is to have a simple 2 or 3 course meal, followed by watching fireworks. We walked all over SoHo today without luck. Suggestions?

Hi, you can try TBLS Kitchen Studio in Soho on Hollywood. It's a new restaurant and they offer a 6 courses tasting menu for $480. The place is very hidden so you can probably still secure a reservation for Feb 13. The number is 2544-3433 and website is www.tbls-kitchenstudio.com.
