Ketchup chips in Boston/Brookline?

ToothMan Feb 1, 2010 07:11 PM

Just got back from a trip to Canada and discovered ketchup chips. Has anyone found this amazing snack in Boston or Brookline? Thanks!

Just called over to both Fanueil Market and Kiki's...neither of them currently carry Ketchup chips. Any other places you guys know?

Mike & Patty's in Bay Village sells them by the bag.

If you want to order on-line Herr's makes a Ketchup Chip.

These are occasionally available in town. Hong Kong Market carries Herr's chips, and the Allston store got in a case of the ketchup chips a couple weeks ago. They're gone now.

The convenience stores in Adams Village all carry loads of Walkers crisps as well as other brands stacked up in boxes to the ceiling. Cant be entirely sure that Tomato Ketchup is always in stock but they offer many varieties.

Ashmont liquors does too. Greenhills might, as well.

I'm sure there are other convenience stores and packie in the Irish parts of Dot that carry them.

Check some of the convenience stores in the Oak Square/Brighton neighborhood. There's one on Washington Street just west of Brighton Center that carries the full line of Walker's crisps.

I'm not too familiar with Brighton Center, do you happen to know the name of the store?

I don't know the name of a store on Washington Street, but nearby in the Faneuil section of Brighton, on Faneuil Street is an Irish market called Kiki's. In addition to a fantastic selection of irish brands, I believe they have some British selections too. Perhaps worth a try if you're in the neighborhood.

And there is another quick mart across from Kiki's that also sells Irish goods. The name escapes me now, but if you find your way to Kiki's, you can't miss the other place.
