Driving north from FLL -- any good places for late lunch/early dinner?

Cyndigo Feb 1, 2010 05:25 PM

Hello,
We'll be getting into Ft. Lauderdale mid-afternoon and driving to Cocoa Beach ... any good stops along the way? No fresh seafood in the Rockies to speak of, so that's what we're looking for.

Thanks!

I would go to their Leftover's Cafe location which is closer to I-95 at Indiantown Road (~ 3 miles away). It's typically less crowded and a nicer interior. It has the same great food and service though. Order off of the daily printed menu. Fried oysters to start and any fresh fish entree is guaranteed to please.

This is my favorite seafood resto in Palm Beach county.

Correction: Leftover's is ~ 3 miles from I-95 and the Donald Ross Rd exit.

Use danb73's link as both of their restos are on that site.
