Need excellent place for dinner between MSP and Mason City

My husband is flying into MSP and meeting some coworkers and then they will drive to Mason City. They need an excellent place to have dinner in between. I also posted this on the Great Lakes board(could have used the general midwest board on this one). Thanks.

Can't say there is anything "excellent" between MSP and Mason CIty, but there is a great steak house there.

Thanks for your reply Stan. We've actually been to Northwestern Steakhouse. My daughter used to show her horse and there were several shows a year in Mason City. We once went to Northwestern Steakhouse for dinner when we were there. Great old fashioned steak house. Hubby would like to go there but it would be too late by the time he got to Mason City . Found a place called Tory's in Owatonna. Ever heard of it? Another place we used to go to in Mason City, I can't remember the name of it. It had a few greek specialties and good steaks. I think it burned down several years ago. Thanks again for your reply.

Sorry I haven't been there. If they do try it, I'd sure like to know for the future.
