Cochinita Pibil in Las Vegas?
I want to try Cochinita Pibil in Las Vegas. Right now the two restaurants I'm considering are Border Grill and Frank and Fina's Cochina. The Border Grill is closer to where I'm staying but it looks like Frank and Fina's is a better restaurant, although that doesn't mean their Cochinita Pibil is better.
Any other place I'm missing that has better Cochinita Pibil? This is a slow-cooked marinated pork from the Yucatan area of Mexico, by the way.
I may be able to go there only for lunch.
