Dinner for 30 people in private room for under ~$70/person incl alcohol

I am planning a 30th birthday party dinner in ~ 1 month on a Saturday evening. I'm looking for a restaurant with a private room/area that would be fairly reasonably priced, ideally food at ~30-35/pp.

Tres Agaves was one recommendation that I received. Any others?

re: Tres Agaves....it's not bad, the food is okay but it will be festive and should easy hit the food budget
