Frozen lumpia

I happily just rediscovered a package of frozen lumpia in my freezer today, however the package only has directions for frying. It doesn't say anything that it "has" to be fried, but I'm wondering if I can bake instead of fry the frozen lumpia, or if anyone has tried to?

  1. There are so many varieties, I think it's hard to say. If yours have been fried then frozen, they'll be acceptable in the oven, but certainly not like fried. If you have one of those oil-mister sprayers, give them a coating and cook at 375 till they're hot. If you have a rack that fits over a cookie sheet, that might make them crisper.

If they're uncooked, I don't think you'll have much luck baking them.
