Towson Restaurants

I'm visiting this coming week and shall be in the Towson area. The only restaurant I could find (with presumably good food) is Cafe Troia. Are there others?

You can find excellent food and friendly service at Crush in Belvedere Square, only a few miles south of Towson. Easy parking, too. Nice wine list.

I would agree that you should head South from Towson to either the Dogwood (interesting staff stories) or Woodberry (which we find too noisy when filled with young'uns).

Or Dogwood which is right around the corner from Woodberry. We think it is much better Woodberry gets a lot of hype but the food and service are inconsistent

One of the cheesesteaks around Baltimore. No Steak-Umms here. Go for a Steak and Provolone. The owner is great and runs his place excellently.
In fact, he is usually the only one running the place. Taking your order and making your food just right. It is consistently good. And been in business over fifteen years. Must try.

I'm looking for high quality and shall have a car.

At the moment, I'm planning on Woodberry Kitchen, which isn't too far away.
