Anyone know if Camellia Grill or Stanley is open on Mardi Gras day?

I've tried calling both - Stanley is always an answering machine and Camellia's number listed on their web-page is disconnected. :-)

One last meal to plan before my trip - its one of them or a po-boy at Johnny's for breakfast.
