Dinner recs near U of T (Convocation Hall) - Tonight

I know it's short notice, but we're going to catch a show at Convocation Hall tonight, and it's been a while since I lived in that neighbourhood, so I'm hoping for some recommendations for a late dinner after the show. It's a comedy show - Steven Wright - so we'll definitely be in good spirits and ready to go.

My concerns... closeby (it's cold), probably fairly casual (obvs - it will be late-ish 10-10:30 ish), but still quality. Anyone know if Torito or Negroni are good at that time? Also is there anything new around there that I might be missing out on?

What are the odds of just dropping in around 10 - 10:30 or so on a Saturday night (don't know when the show ill be ending) at Harbord Room and scoring a table? Or do they have a decent bar for eating?

Good point. The dinner crowd should be thinning out. The later, the better my guess. There is a bar that seats about 12. The kitchen's open till midnight, late menu to 2.

Thanks for the recommendation and tips Dimbulb. I checked the website, and the food (late night menu anyways) seems way less formal than I thought - perfect for tonite! Let's hope the cold keeps most of the crowds away.
