dog friendly restaurant patios in Spokane, Wa

I found a great thread listing restaurants in Spokane but do any of them have patios which will allow a well behaved goldendoodle? We will be staying at the Davenport Hotel and can drive away from downtown.

Washington State prohibits dogs from entering the premise of a food service establishment.

It's true that dogs aren't allowed within the fenced areas of patios -- if you're here before Labor Day, there's a great little coffee place with snacks that welcomes dogs in Manito Park, between the duck pond and the perennial garden, it's called the Park Bench.

And just a few blocks away on 18th, the Rockwood Bakery seems to let people sit with their dogs on leashes at the outdoor tables. They're good for breakfasts and light lunches.

We will not be in Spokane until Sept 19 and staying for 2 nights. We will be in Coeur d'Alene during the day but will be needing a dinner suggestion for that night and our night of arrival. What about take out sandwich in the downtown area. Doesn't sound like we will be able to have a sit down dinner.

Perhaps try calling Sante. They have an outdoor patio and might permit you to secure your dog directly on the sidewalk side of the patio--then it wouldn't technically be in the food service area. Madeline also has an outdoor patio downtown but is not open at all on Sunday and not for dinner on Monday-Wednesday. I've seen people leash their dogs to the outside of the patio at O'Doherty's Irish Grille. Not a fine dining establishment, but pleasant view of the park.
