What kind of food and atmosphere are you looking for? Want to try the brand new Montreal style Jewish Deli, Mile End? Or a pub: Waterfront Ale House. Or upscale American: Saul. Or middle eastern: Waterfalls. Or...

Casual is better tonight. I forgot about Waterfront Ale House. That could be a good solution. But do you know if there is seating at Mile End or are they just doing take out? Thanks for the tip!

A few interesting options just off Atlantic on Henry St. Henry Public, Hibino and Bocca Lupo (no, it is not my place). This is really Cobble Hill, not Boerum Hill.
Smith near Atlantic (Boerum Hill area) has Bar Tabac, La Lunetta (seems to be up and down in quality) and many other places.

Mile End is rather small. I drove past it today (Saturday) about 1 PM and, in the frigid cold, there was a line waiting to get in. My guess is it will be this way for a while.

Despite recent reports of uneven food, six of us just had a fabulous meal at Baccus.
