I have been to both places several times and at this point I can say its almost apples and oranges. The Good Fork has moved from being very good/excellent to sublime. Kevin's is good and their BYOB policy has been their (at least in my mind) selling point. Kevin's is just not in the same league as The Good Fork.
The Good Fork now has a fantastic wine list with many choices from Savio Soares Selections (one of my favorite importers) and on my last visit the wine was finally served at the proper temperature.

Never been to Kevin's but Good Fork is *excellent* -- you will not be disappointed, especially if you get the Korean steak and eggs or the pasta w/ragu.
