Romantic Upper West Side restaurant

What is your favorite restaurant suitable for a romantic wedding anniversary dinner on the UWS?

    I had an anniversary at Ouest, so that should count for something. But I felt we had a really romantic night when we went to down to the Time Warner Center for dinner at Landmarc and then drinks at Stone Rose, on a couch looking out the huge windows over Columbus Circle.

      I'd consider Telepan. Or perhaps Picholine, which is in the 60s...
