New Murulilu Cafe at Cambie & W. Broadway

I saw this today as I was walking to Save On so I just had a quick look. It's a Japanese Cafe. I found this on it. I don't know how long it's been open for? It looked cute!

I saw that place around Christmas time....so at least that long ago. It looked like a tea and coffee house? The menu doesn't look Japanese...they had a katsu sando - a pork cutlet sandwich, IIRC, but beyond that I didn't see anything special.

Really - it's been open since Xmas and I just noticed it today? Wow, I had no idea I don't look around me daily! I just said Japanese cafe because the sandwich board outside was advertising regular breakfast & Japanese breakfast and I saw Katsu-Don inside.

I must have missed those. (What do they list as part of the Japanese breakfast)?

I had to go look at the sandwich board again as I didn't remember. It lists rice, miso, salmon, Japanese omelette with either natto or tofu for $6.99
